The following blogs on this page revolve around females in arranged marriages. Although not all of them are directly related to my autoethnography, many of them were inspired by the ideas I had while writing it. These blog posts reflect how I came to narrow the topic of my autoethnography by learning and expanding my knowledge of this institution. All the blog posts are connected through my own reflection of the topics I have discussed in them. Instead of throwing information on arranged marriages at my readers, I enjoyed developing my own opinions and sharing my thoughts with them. As my readers read my blog posts, they will realize my hostile view of arranged marriages has simmered down as I am exploring the reasons why some are not as successful as others.
